I’m in the Ristorante Museo Enrico Caruso, which sits close enough to the Hotel Excelsior Vittoria where Caruso himself relaxed in Sorrento. I talk with the Maître D’, Franco Cioffi who shares his knowledge of the exhibition and the history of the museum. The collection is unique with a direct provenance to the family of the great maestro himself.
